tigertwo1515 asked: Hey I have a question. How would you say you are as far as flexibility? Is yoga the only way to really loosen your joints as far as stretching? I have a very physically job and sometimes come home feeling stiff as a board on both my arms and legs. If I knew how to properly stretch and become more flexible then maybe I wouldn't be in so much pain, possibly. I seriously feel like the Tin Man right now except I actually have a heart. Please help if you can.
I’m not a doctor or fitness trainer or anything, so you really ought to ask someone else if you’re super super concerned!
I’m pretty naturally flexible. I don’t actually do yoga, because I’d like to take a class so I can learn it properly and avoid injuries. Any stretching I do is either simple stuff I can learn online, or stretches I learned in colorguard or ballet that seem to do a pretty good job of loosening things up and helping me relax and stuff. So to answer your question, I don’t think yoga is the only way!
Stretching in general is lovely, it’s probably one of my favorite things to do.
YOU GOT THIS (unless you don’t, then that’s okay too!)
Callie and I alternated walking, light jogging, and a tiny bit of sprinting, and it worked out okay! Thanks, Nani <3.
I feel so bad for you. I know your pain. Mine hasn’t been the same since I tore my meniscus. I walk different and stand different for life *cries*
Booo, David, I’m sorry D:. That’s so awful. Knee injuries suck :C.
