I’m pretty naturally flexible. I don’t actually do yoga, because I’d like to take a class so I can learn it properly and avoid injuries. Any stretching I do is either simple stuff I can learn online, or stretches I learned in colorguard or ballet that seem to do a pretty good job of loosening things up and helping me relax and stuff. So to answer your question, I don’t think yoga is the only way!
Stretching in general is lovely, it’s probably one of my favorite things to do.
Just finished a great workout! The run earlier was a mix of light jogging, walking/hiking, and sprinting, so it was a ton of fun.
Did a bunch of ab/leg workouts just now - I’m beat! Phew.

I bought these shorts from Aerie last week! They’re a little tighter than I’d been expecting around the thighs, but that just gives me something to work for!
I love Aerie’s clothes so much, I’m definitely going to have to get some more of their activewear when I get a chance :3.

My school had a Color Run today! I didn’t run, on account of my knee, but it was still super super fun (and cold),
So excited to do this in June!
My arms are so weak omg (totally mastered Intense Fitness Face though). I’ve been doing a bit of weight training, but I’ve just never had much luck with ‘em. The two years I did colorguard in high school, now those were the days. Such guns ;0;.
Worked out again today, go me! A little over 5 miles on the bike at the gym, varying resistance, + various weight machines, and then ab and leg bodyweight exercises at home. All followed by a lovely shower! I cut the shit out of my leg shaving. I BLED FOR YOU, SPRING, YOU BETTER STAY.
